Actalent is currently hiring Medical Assistants in the North Houston area!

　　Description:

　　Rooming patients.

　　Records patient vital signs, height, weight, allergies, and medication changes.

　　Stock exam/treatment rooms and orders supplies.

　　Obtain blood specimens.

　　Answers phone calls for referrals.

　　Schedule patient tests, procedures and hospital admissions.

　　Schedules appointments to follow-up on receipt of test results.

　　Performs administrative duties, typing, filing, faxing, reception.

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant

　　Medical Assistant Certification is needed

　　Oncology and Urology experience is preferred

　　Hours: Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM or until the last patient is seen.

　　Pay rate $19 to $20 in hourly pay based on experience
