Machine Builder | Youngstown, OH | 1st shift - 6am-4pm
Description:
-1st shift 6am-4pm M-F POSSIBLY HALF DAY ON SATURDAY 40-55 HOUR WORK WEEKS
-5+ years of experience building control panels and the installation of on-machine wiring to devices on production machinery or similar experience.
-Layout and cut control panel enclosure holes to mount electrical devices professionally.
-Assemble interconnection wiring between control panel and electrical devices (i.e., prox. sensors, lasers, cameras, I/O blocks, etc.), ensuring precise and reliable connections.
-Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical control schematics and control panel layouts.
-Review completed work to ensure there are minimal to no mistakes and that the panel and/or machine resembles the completed electrical assembly schematic.
-Common shop equipment (i.e., pipe bender, pipe threader, drill press, power saw, etc.)
-Making Parts for sister company BBM Railway, also have projects with Cleveland Track/Progress rail
-Assemble fabricated and purchased parts using assembly drawings and parts lists provided by engineering.
-Working with tight tolerances.
-Install moving parts such as shafts, levers, bearings, etc and verifies proper movement.
-Can readand interpreting electrical schematic and control panel layout drawings.
-Understanding of math and measurement skills
