　　As one of our dynamic and inspirational Retail Managers for MAC Cosmetics, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing our high-performing team of makeup artists. With your leadership, coaching and business management skills, you will continually motivate and coach your team to exceed all client expectations and achieve all sales targets.

You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of a high performing team.

　　Qualifications

　　· Proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast-paced environment preferably within beauty

　　· Makeup artistry experience is definitely a plus

　　· Must have: Passionate about makeup and up to date with the latest makeup trends

　　· Ability to provide inspirational leadership to a high performing creative sales team

　　· Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling

　　· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

　　· Experience of creating and executing in-store events

　　· Prepared to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends and during special events

　　· Languages: Dutch and English

　　· Previous experience with retail point-of-sale and Microsoft Office software
