Provides helpful, efficient, customer service to each client in a || respectful and compassionate manne || 2. Interviews clients to obtain information according to program || policies/procedures and provides confidentiality at all times || 3. Enters data quickly, accurately and efficiently with minimal || errors. || 4. Processes client's needs and requests according to policy || 5. Schedules appointments according to procedures || 6. Initiates, maintains and updates client charts in accordance with || clinic needs. || 7. Attends staff meetings and training necessary to perform job || effectively. || 8. Provides other customer service and clerical support duties to || clinic as necessary |+-----------------------------------------------------------------------+| Minimum Qualifications: |+-----------------------------------------------------------------------+| High school diploma or GED AND Six months of experience handling || customer's questions, complaints and/or providing information. || Preferred Qualifications: || Previous experience working with WIC program or Public Health. One or || more years of experience in a clerical or office assistant role in a || medical office/clinic.
