Summary About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command U.S. Army Counterintelligence Command HQ Fort Meade, MD. Responsibilities Serves as the Logistics Management Specialist responsible for planning, developing, executing, and evaluating selected logistical programs as determined by USACIC Commander. Plans and coordinates office space requirements in accordance with organizational needs, available existing space, and planned construction. Serves as the primary action officer for USACIC in requesting support from the unit's higher headquarters on matters of inter-service support with logistics and facility space. Performs full range of contract administration/post-­award functions for a variety of complex critical major mission requirements, secure environment contracting, and research and development programs. And utilizing various automated supply and property accountability systems such as the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army), the Army Enterprise Systems Integration Programs Hub (AESIP), General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Paperless Contract Files (PCF) to support mission.
