Description

　　Local Credit Union is seeking a temporary loan specialist to assist with the loans processing. In this role you will be calling dealership, talking with the title clerks and requesting the vehicle titles. Then you will upload the loan documentation into the members files. This position is a fulltime temp role for the next 60-90 days. hours are 7:30AM-4:30PM Monday- Friday paying $16-18 per hour. Must pass a background and credit screen. Apply today.

　　Requirements - Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

　　A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

　　Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

　　Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

　　Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

　　Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　Microsoft Office experience

　　navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience required

　　Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

　　Strong communication and social skills

　　Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
