We are in search of candidates with ambition, talent, and essential skills. This role requires someone who will be the first point of contact for guests and internal inquiries.

　　A little of your day-to-day:

　　Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

　　Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.

　　Collaborate with different hotel departments to coordinate guest requests, deliveries, and special arrangements.

　　Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

　　Strive to exceed guest expectations in every communication.

　　What we need from you:

　　Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.

　　Ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions to guest and internal inquiries.

　　Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

　　High level of professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.
