Essential Responsibilities:Additionally, within HR, you will be instrumental in implementing andcontinually improving HR programs such as performance management,coaching, talent management and succession planning. We also have alearning culture within our team, and we share our experiences andlearnings with each other to grow our individual and team capabilities.Our ideal candidate will have at least five years\' experience as a HRBusiness Partner and a bachelor\'s degree in human resources or businessadministration. Ability to meet stakeholder needs while planning andexecuting programs and projects is required. This position allows forhybrid work within proximity to our Cottage Grove or Pewaukee offices,and will also provide a presence in our De Pere and Kingsford offices asneeded. The Sr. HR Business Partner will spend approximately 20%-40% oftheir time traveling between Cottage Grove and Pewaukee with lessertravel to De Pere and Kingsford.
