　　Longstanding firm with multiple California offices seeks Litigation Attorney to Handle Both Transactional & Litigation Matters

　　The Associate Attorney will handle both litigation and transactional matters for municipalities.

　　Transactional Matters: reviewing and drafting contracts, drafting memos to client's staff, advising on employment matters

　　Litigation Tasks: drafting pleadings, settling matters, employment defense matters

　　Billable hours: 1850/year

　　Salary: $145,000-$205,000 (DOE)

　　Licensed attorney in California

　　3+ years of litigation experience
