　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Create litigation strategies for diverse cases, from disposition to trial.

　　Draft, review, and file all sorts of legal pleadings.

　　Complete legal research and analysis on various legal matters.

　　Represent clients before judges, courts, government agencies and other authorities.

　　Perform in trial proceedings as needed.

　　Regularly communicate with clients and provide them with appropriate legal advice.

　　Maintain strict confidentiality and prioritize client needs.

　　Requirements

　　J.D. degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.

　　3-5 years of litigation experience.

　　Exceptional litigation skills with proven trial experience.

　　Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of trial including case preparation, client interaction, case analysis, and court appearances.

　　Excellent research, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.

　　Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects in a very fast-paced environment.

　　Highly disciplined, able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
