　　Your Day-to-Day:

　　Draft/review and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery

　　Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients, as well as negotiate settlements

　　Assist with trial preparation and/or attend trial.

　　Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel

　　Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

　　Requirements

　　Must be solution-oriented, have strong writing skills, be interested in growth, and work on unique cases with issues of law

　　Onsite is preferred, but the schedule is flexible. Ideal candidates will have at least 1+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.

　　Previous experience in litigation, particularly in personal and bodily injury, is preferred.

　　Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing, required
