　　Collaboration and development in the creation of a training concept for our key users

　　Revising existing training documents

　　Integrating and transferring training courses to the learning platform

　　Creating and managing training documents

　　Inventory management with SAP

　　Analysis and reporting

　　Supporting the plants with their requirements

　　Creating specifications

　　Identifying further approaches, such as AI for inventory control and optimization

　　System-supported requirements planning as a means of inventory optimization

　　SAP HR support

　　Supporting and driving forward smaller projects in the HR environment

　　Support for the application

　　User meetings, change management and action tracking

　　Accompanying further developments from the recording of requirements to managing implementation and accompanying user acceptance tests

　　Setting up and implementing a standardized change process

　　YOUR EXPERIENCE:

　　Enrolled in a Master's degree program in Business Information Systems or comparable

　　English skills, both spoken and written

　　Solution-orientation and curious

　　Good communicaton skills

　　Enjoy working in an international team
