　　Position Summary

　　The LGBTQ+ Program Lead oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the LGBTQ+ Center, which include but are not limited to: managing budgets and resources; coordinating campus outreach, collaborative programs, and partnerships; delivering student engagement activities; developing learning outcomes and assessing the LGBTQ+ Center's programs and services: and administrative tasks. This position reports to the Multicultural Services Director.

　　Position Salary Range: $57,984/year - $78,096/year

　　The salary information shown above is a general guideline only. The salary will be determined based on candidate's qualifications and related experience, as well as market and business considerations. Individuals newly hired to Classified position are placed in a salary range based on the WPEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
