Belcan is excited to be working with our client in hiring a Power BI Architect - Developer - W2 Only in Solon, OH.Must be onsiteKeywords: #powerbi #bi #bideveloperPOSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES* Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions.* Collaborate with teams to integrate systems and data.* Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.* Develop and update technical documentation.* Collect, process, and clean data from various sources.* Architect and build data models to support reporting and analytics solutions.* Create visualizations and reports to communicate insights and findings.* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations.* Develop and maintain data pipelines.REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES* Proven experience as a BI Developer with expertise in Microsoft Analytics Technologies (Power BI, Azure)* Background in data architecture, warehouse design, and data visualization* In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework.* Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI, SAP BI)* Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy* 3+ years experience with analytics strategy and architecture* 5+ years experience in Power BI development* Bachelor"s degree in computer science, Engineering, or relevant field or equivalent combination of experience and education* Someone with KPIs, executive reporting, several Power BI rolesBelcan is a global supplier of engineering, technical recruiting, and IT services to customers in the aerospace, industrial, and government sectors.
