Description

　　Florida law firm seeks a motivated litigation legal assistant with 3+ years’ experience for its Boca Raton office. Duties include, but are not limited to, court filings; preparation of general pleadings; discovery, including preparation of outgoing discovery and review; client contact; assisting attorneys with hearing and trial preparation including preparation of trial binders and case law; scheduling of hearings, depositions and meetings; e-filing, and preparation of correspondence. Law firm provides sophisticated litigation defense matters to work on as well as full benefits, 100% health insurance coverage; 401k with match and paid parking. Base salary up to $65,000. 　　Requirements

　　3+ years civil litigation experience in a law firm setting

　　Experience scheduling, calendaring and assisting with pleadings, motions, affidavits, subpoenas and discovery.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office, Rules of Civil Procedure and e-filing
