　　Leasing Specialist

　　The Purpose: In a Leasing Specialist role, you will be responsible for showing and leasing apartments or townhomes to prospective residents.

　　Key Role Responsibilities:

　　Greet prospective residents and provide tours of propertyMaintain guest cards and complete follow-upsAssist the Property Manager with total performance of the property to include efficiency, turnover rate, occupancy, income and budgetary performanceAssist in collecting rent and handling delinquent accountsParticipate in resident retention programs and promotionsPrepare and maintain complete resident files

　　Primary Requirements Include:

　　Must be customer service orientedPrior sales experience helpfulStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office softwareFlexibility to work weekend hours
