To provide complete and accurate administrative support as necessary. To update and maintain current and accurate client, property and tenant files. To provide prompt and courteous responses to tenant/owner questions, complaints and concerns.*Duties and Responsibilities: *
Abstract leases and lease amendments Tenant notifications of rent statements, CAM reconciliations, and critical lease dates Research of discrepancies noted by tenants, owners, internal staff and vendors. Process monthly and annual tenant billing for rent and CAM charges Set-up and maintain property, tenant and management account files Periodically calculate rent and other fee increases and provide notification to tenants and clients Review delinquencies on a timely basis and charge late fees as necessary. Field tenant questions, complaints and concerns and provide appropriate information to property manager or respond directly to tenant. Interpret and understand the impact of all lease transactions and property transactions on the property financial statements. Research tenant data concerning delinquencies and credits, sending out correspondence, processing adjustments or billings as required. Mail out monthly statements promptly and assist Owners in response to any questions. Perform lease audits Assist with evictions, collections, and security deposits Assist with paperwork relating to real estate sales and transfers Process move outs, handle security deposit refunds, close accounts Qualifications/Requirements:
Prior experience in commercial real estate lease administration is a MUST.High School diploma required.Prior work experience with frequent customer contact.Secretarial experience and basic accounting skills.Demonstrated ability to operate common office equipment including the typewriter, personal computer, calculator and fax machine.Adept in the use of Microsoft Office Ability to proofread and edit.Thorough knowledge of business English, spelling and math.Working knowledge of common terminology related to real estate and property management. Paralegal training and experience a PLUSWork Location: In PersonPay Rate: $21-23/hr. *Depending on experience.Schedule: 1st Shift Schedule, Monday through Friday
