　　Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is hiring a full-time Pastry Cook to join our team at Space 220 in Orlando, Florida. As a Pastry Cook, you will prepare the bakery products at Space 220 and ensure all items are served in a timely manner to the highest freshness and quality.

　　Responsibilities

　　Follow recipes portion sizes and to a quality standards

　　Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked, and utilize kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens

　　Ensures proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly

　　Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum of 1 years' previous related experience in fast pace restauran

　　Basic math skills with the ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements

　　Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail

　　Ability to work as a team player, following procedures and taking directions

　　Capacity to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

　　Physical Requirements

　　Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

　　Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift while also walking, bending, reaching, and performing other repetitive motions
