Summary: Responsible for supporting the delivery of theNational Training Program team as they drive the learninganddevelopmentexperiencefor thefield.This role will be responsible forsupporting the expansion and scalability of the operational model bybuilding standardized processes and integrating technology to deliverand execute the National Training Program. Primary Duties &Responsibilities: Support and inform the buildout of the operationalmodel forthe National Training Program. Perform a variety of operationalsupport roles such as: Coordination of network officeparticipation inNational Training Program offering Tracking and documenting oflearningprogression at an individual and FR level Maintaining dashboards,SharePointsites, excel and Learning Management System reports Preparingand providing informationand accessneeded fortheNational Trainingexperience and team Reporting, auditing, collecting andanalyzinginformationandprogramcommunications Support the evolution ofvirtual delivery by identifying opportunities for enhancements, buildout of best practices and evaluation of tools. Analyze process workflowand implement necessary changes. Support and inform operational systemsfor scalability and expansion of the program. Coordination of multiplelearning experiences for participating offices. Responsible forcommunication with multiple home office and field stakeholders, as wellas individual learners and FRs. Qualifications: Requires a bachelor\'sdegree in business, education or a related field, or an equivalentcombination of professional related work experience. Minimum of 3 yearsof program/project management or equivalent experience. Strong teamplayer with the ability to work independently by evaluating situationsand issues to make good sound judgment and decisions that benefit theteam and program. Identify efficiencies in processes and procedureseffectively with teams to evaluate and implement recommendations. Mustbe able to handle ambiguity, adapt to changing business needs andanticipate and plan for consequences that could have an impact on anyaspect of the program. Strong consulting and communication skills. Highdegree ofdetail orientation,organization,and planning skills. Expertisewith Microsoft Suite of tools, SharePoint, OneDrive and Virtual deliverytools such as Zoom, etc. Compensation Range: Pay Range - Start:\$49,980.00 Pay Range - End: \$92,820.00 Northwestern Mutual pays on ageographic-specific salary structure and placement in the salary rangefor this position will be determined by a number of factors includingthe skills, education, training, credentials and...
