  Job Description Summary

  Global Technology Services (GTS) is Aegon's global IT partner that provides infrastructure services, information security and global/corporate application support for Aegon's businesses around the world.

  From 6 locations in the US, the Netherlands, UK, and Hungary, we support 20+ country units and 24000+ employees in the world. Our support consists of a wide range of centralized global IT services such as programming, database management, project management, agile/dev/ops, and more.

  All of these teams work closely together to provide innovative and digital solutions as well as critical technology support.   As a member of the Identity and Access Management Design and Engineering team we are responsible for the automation that creates, maintains and manages digital identities of employees, contractors and partners. Part of our responsibilities include ensuring people have access to the right resources at the right time based on job roles, responsibilities, and attributes. We work closely with our internals controls department to ensure all of our processes are compliant with audit requirements.

  Job Description

  What You Will Do:

  You will work as a DevSecOps engineer on the IAM Design and Solutioning team. As a member of this team, you will help with designing and implementing different automation solutions to help empower the business from an identity and access management point of view. Our primary tool will be SailPoint IdentityNow but we have several processes running in AWS utilizing Step Functions and Lambda’s. We are a technical team with a focus on team work. We work as an agile team utilizing scrum.

  What You Will Need:

  Qualifications

  Demonstrate strong technical skills, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

  Able to work under pressure in case of a critical incident and provide resolution.

  Be a strong team player.

  Minimum 5 years' experience of SailPoint IdentityNow.

  Minimum of 5 years' experience of development and support of automation solutions.

  Experience with IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Provisioning, Access reviews and certifications.

  Strong understanding of authentication and authorization using Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP and Azure AD is required.

  May mentor more junior team members.

  Preferred

  Experience building integrations between identity platforms and in-house applications, third-party applications, and SaaS applications strongly desired.

  Exposure to relational database design is preferred. Exposure to Amazon Web Services such as Lambda, Step Functions, RDS and API Gateways is preferred.

  Minimum of 5 years' experience in either programming or scripting, Python or PowerShell preferred.

  Working Conditions

  Normal office working conditions or an opportunity for hybrid or full-time work in one of our GTS locations.

  May require minimal travel for training and team meetings.

  Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to applicable pay transparency and compensation posting laws. It is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.

  Compensation:

  The US salary for this position generally ranges between $104,000 - $143,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

  Additionally in the US, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.

  Additional Salary Scales:

  UK

  £44,640 - £55,800 - £66,960

  Expected Starting Salary Range: £44,640 - £61,380

  *This position is also eligible for an incentive bonus
