　　Description:

　　ECG acquisition, reconciling in EMR Muse, Holter Monitor application, registration, and reporting, cover front desk, holding area, and stress laboratory

　　Position Purpose

　　Under moderate supervision, the technician performs electrocardiograms, holter monitors, stress test, cardiac monitoring, on inpatients and outpatients of all ages, as required and / or directed according to established standards and policies.

　　What you will do

　　Responsible for processing studies. Position may require working at either campus.

　　Keeps equipment neat and clean.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Education: High School graduate

　　Job Knowledge/ Experience: Previous EKG technician experience.

　　Licensure: None

　　Certification: BCLS

　　Job Skills: Technical aptitude, ability to learn fundamentals of ECG recording, medical terminology and other non-invasive cardiology testing. Good interpersonal skills. Good computer knowledge base.
