Overview
This position sits within the Digital Transformation and Technology department and is a member of a growing agile team responsible for a new Chick-fil-A owned and developed Supply Chain Ordering, Inventory Management, Forecasting, and Restaurant Service platform, Signal. Signal will build the foundational capabilities required to scale and support Chick-fil-A's Supply Chain of the Future and is designed for Restaurants to address all Supply Chain needs including placing and managing orders, requesting and tracking credits, counting, managing and transferring inventory, viewing and adjusting sales forecasts and handling other Restaurant supply chain needs.
This role will partner closely with Supply Chain, Financial Services, various other DTT Product teams, as well as Restaurant Operators and their teams to enable and unlock the next generation of Supply Chain capabilities as part of Chick-fil-A's Supply Chain Transformation. As the mobile solution for a key platform responsible for critical Restaurant operations, this role will support the delivery of an easy-to-use, best-in-class mobile application to directly improve the business efficiencies of Operators and their teams.

Responsibilities
Become an organizational SME on Restaurant Supply Chain systems to help guide the design and build of an integrated and seamless mobile user experience across multiple functions Partner with Signal Web Application Technical Product Owner to align on functionality that would provide Restaurants value in a mobile experience Develop a high-level understanding of how Signal works to be able to triage issues escalated to the team and assist with identifying root causes Deeply understand and represent the needs of our Operators, Team Members, and internal Stakeholders in order to influence our team on how we can best support them with Signal capabilities Learn and understand the Restaurant ordering, inventory, and forecasting landscape and anticipate new opportunities that align with Chick-fil-A's Restaurant Supply Chain systems strategy Communicate appropriately with both technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding opportunities and status of current initiatives Learn and understand the inventory traceability efforts to design and build a solution to meet new requirements Develop technical documentation to support our team and the technical teams that interact with Signal
Minimum Qualifications
Strong written and oral communication skills, with a notable ability to translate highly technical concepts to business application and vice versa Interest in regularly interfacing with Operators and Team Members Strong problem-solving skills Familiarity with managing software in a cloud computing environment Self-starter who completes tasks with minimal supervision Intellectually curious and innovative Strong interpersonal skills Experience working with an agile team
