Overview As a Application Developer, you will develop, maintain, and test data integration code that meets business requirements. You will be responsible for working with Business Analysts and clients to: interpret business requirements, develop and maintain code using a number of different software tools and ensure the development tasks are completed within the timeline provided and are fully tested with minimal defects, while meeting Coborn's Wildly Important Goals of being the Best Place to Work and Best Place to Shop. Requirements Additional duties include: Develop and maintain application codes for a variety of projects including the documentation, unit testing and promotion of approved code to a production environment. Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. Perform analysis of user requests to determine system feasibility and provide estimates in which to implement. Update job knowledge by researching new technologies and software products, participating in education opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations. Partner with and lead contracted developers to ensure the quality of their work meets industry standards and end-user requirements both effectively and efficiently. Create high-quality technical documentation. Perform design review sessions and code reviews with Business Analysts and/or end users.
