We are hiring a talented and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud on Lightning Experience, with a focus on the Indian market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the MVP and D2C solutions.

　　WHAT YOU’LL DO

　　Evaluate and merge all application requirements, covering functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations aspects

　　Assess and consolidate the technical architecture prerequisites

　　Contribute to making final decisions about hardware, network products, system software, and security

　　Devise, design, and architect customer solutions that satisfy customer business goals, timeline, budget, quality, and MVP

　　Manage the technology delivery from a leadership standpoint

　　Construct Salesforce Lightning Commerce Cloud

　　Establish technical standards for LEX solutions, and configure the necessary systems and tools for excelling in Salesforce Lightning

　　Define and refine accelerator concepts that can furnish Epam with a competitive edge in the sales process, and build them

　　WHAT YOU HAVE

　　Should have minimum 9 years of relevant experience

　　Actual client project experience on Salesforce OMS is a mandate

　　Advanced development experience in Salesforce core

　　Knowledge of APEX, REST API and integrations, including Platform Events

　　Advanced experience in Flows and Flow builder

　　Expert knowledge of GIT and branching strategies, SFDX, as well as general SF devops practices

　　Knowledge of E-commerce, and especially order management and logistics in an e-com retail context

　　Likewise, since all integrations are done through Dell Boomi, knowledge of that integration platform is also a big plus

　　Ability to articulate business requirements into technical tasks, review developer code
