　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Information Management and Training Platform Engineer to join our team in Ft Meade, MD in support of a U.S. Government Training Academy delivering training, training development and management services to the Department of Defense users.

　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Lead the design, development, implementation, maintenance, management, and support of the system(s) used

　　Collaborate with the SMEs and other stakeholders to identify, develop, integrate, and transition operational concepts and potential solutions through the process of requirements definition, concept development, and experimentation, analysis, and refinement.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a field related to the scope of work.

　　A minimum of five years’ experience in design, development, integration, and implementation of a system similar in scope and complexity to the DLSS replacement and/or Cyber Training Platform.

　　Experience developing and maintaining systems that require storage and protection of PII and other sensitive Government data.

　　A minimum of five years’ experience working with DoD Instructions, Regulations, Rules, and governances related to DoD IT systems and IT systems security.

　　Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, leadership, strong work ethic, teamwork, and competent writing and oral communication skills

　　Ensure quality products and services are delivered timely and accurately

　　Clearance Requirements:

　　Must be an U.S. citizen

　　Must hold a TS/SCI clearance

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

　　The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

　　For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
