PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities: String Identity Lifecycle Leadership skillsin IGA space specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ Able to perform themost sophisticated development tasks within their domain independentlybut may need assistance from others when working outside of their IAMDomain Handles very high complex issues independently but may needassistance from others on team for more the most complex issues Beginsto master multiple IAM Domains Defines how Identity & Access Managementand tools should be used within their IAM Domain(s) Contributes tooverall IAM Strategy for domain(s) they represent Has an advancedunderstanding of Identity & Access Management outside of their IAMDomain and how their work impacts others. Defines knowledge ofengineering best practices within their IAM Domain(s) Leads thearchitecture of IAM solutions, considering scalability, security, andusability requirements within their domain(s) Stays updated on IAMtechnologies, trends, and emerging threats, and proactively implementnecessary measures to mitigate risks.
