SHI is seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand & Partner Marketing Manager to join our team in supporting the growth of SHI’s UK/EMEA-based sales business units, including Enterprise, Commercial/SMB, Public Sector, Strategic, and Global – as well as the other operations and partner alliance BU’s. This role reports into to the Marketing Manager - UK and is required to report into our Milton Keynes location as determined by management.

Responsibilities
Includes but not limited to;
Partner with sales, vendor alliances, and marketing to define, execute and manage go-to-market objectives and strategies that will drive predictable pipeline
Responsible for building and communicating messaging and value propositions for the portfolio of services, partner products and services, as well as managed services offerings
Work closely with all departments including leadership to develop and communicate the value proposition of our offerings
Develop internal and external collateral; including presentations, product sheets, videos, training tools, website content, white papers, objection handling battlecards, and FAQs (Utilising the wider creative team and/or external agencies where necessary)
Build, optimise, and launch digital assets (social media presence, email blasts, SharePoint content, and Microsoft Teams pages) in support of all marketing campaigns and sales enablement practices
Execute intelligent A/B testing to drive constant performance gains on open rate engagement and conversion
Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance:
Responsible for the achievement of company sales, profit, and strategic objectives
Accountable for the on-time execution and implementation of go-to-market plans
Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting of product marketing objectives
Responsible for the achievement of strategic objectives defined by company management
Submit marketing plans, claiming, invoicing and rebates through relevant Partner Portals
Assist with event planning and execution
Inform channel investment strategy, partnering with internal digital, events, content and campaign marketing teams to deliver an omnichannel demand generation plan
Manage and adhere to a defined revenue marketing budget, including MDF partner funding management
Qualifications
5+ years’ marketing experience (within the IT channel preferred)
Completed bachelor’s degree
Experience with marketing tools (scheduling, digital, social)
Experience in content creation and collaboration with creative design teams
Required Skills
Excellent copywriting ability
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management and organisation skills
Middle-of-the-Funnel marketing campaign-oriented
Ability to create compelling and exciting messages that help SHI differentiate from our competitors
Ability to generate content and collaborate on graphic design
Ability to contribute to the design of effective, high-quality visuals
Ability to understand audience and adapt communications accordingly
Ability to work effectively within all levels of an organisation, both internally and externally
Excellent follow-up skills with limited management engagement
Ability to take ownership of assigned workload/projects and follow through to completion
Excellent time management skills
Ability to manage a high-volume role and multi-task several projects at once
Proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
