Job Profile

　　• Responsible for Architecture and high-level design of product components / sub-systems

　　• Understand business cases and drivers to provide articulate design solutions

　　• Analyze software requirements and develop software design elements.

　　• Ensure that SW architecture meets the product & business requirements

　　• Provide inputs for project planning activities (estimates, dependencies, integration sequences, etc.)

　　• Coach and mentor team members regarding technology, software design, tools, methods and various software quality aspects

　　• Support validation activities, while providing inputs for validation approach, strategy & test-design

　　• Drive Testability improvements aimed at quality and efficiency

　　• Evaluate technologies and perform / drive prototypes

　　• Advice in make or buy decisions

　　Desired Qualification and Experience

　　• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M. Tech/ MSc (Computer Science)

　　• Around 10-12 years of industry experience in OOAD/C#/ C+• Hands on experience in requirement engineering, design and addressing non-functional requirements

　　• Knowledge / Experience working with Siemens syngo Classic Platform will be an added advantage.

　　• Sound knowledge of Software Engineering process

　　• Sound knowledge of technologies that are used for development on Windows Operating System

　　• Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns

　　• Good Analytical and problem-solving skills

　　• Experience in software estimations, scheduling and tracking

　　• Agile/Scrum development experience

　　• Understanding of IT standards for Healthcare (e.g. DICOM, HL7)
