  Solution Consulting Manager Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity in 2024? Thomson Reuters is looking for a Solution Consulting Manager to join our Corporates Professional Services team! The ONESOURCE Global Trade and Checkpoint Solution Consulting Manager, is responsible for engaging with prospective and current customers in the US and Canada to demonstrate software solutions in an effort to maximize sales and drive revenue growth for the ONESOURCE Global Trade and Checkpoint products. TheGlobal Trade and Checkpoint, Solution Consulting Manager owns the pre-sales strategy and management of Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE suite of Global Trade and Checkpoint products. About the Role: In this opportunity as Solution Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for: Delivering the value of the product suite to corporate customers in North America by developing, coaching, onboarding and training Solution Consultants with the ability to demonstrate ONESOURCE Global Trade and Checkpoint solutions and speak to the value of the broader ONESOURCE suite. Collaborating with Sales on new and existing customers to ensure proper strategy, messaging and execution against sales opportunities. Accountabilities: Create a high functioning, diverse, multi product Solution Consulting team with ability to support clients and prospects. Effectively onboard, coach, demo shadow and cross train new and existing team members on product knowledge and presentation skills. Assistance in creation of a holistic ONESOURCE Tax and Trade go-to-market strategy and demo pitch. Effectively communicate value proposition through webinars, events and conferences. Identify and strategize on new and existing client opportunities assisting in strategic sales presentations. Properly collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing and Product Management to ensure best in class presentations. Key Deliverables: Delivery of sales financial targets in conjunction with Sales Management to new and existing customers in North America. Ensuring multi-product, cross functional teams with the ability to effectively communicate the holistic Tax value proposition both internally and externally. Leadership and participation in key sales opportunities to ensure proper messaging and presentations to new and existing client base. Deliver on thought leadership and assist in the creation and attendance of marketing initiatives including webinars, events and conferences. Adapt to new industry trends to ensure proper go-to-market strategy and training of team members.. About You You're a fit for the role of Solution Consulting Manager if your background includes: Experienced professional with extensive knowledge of ONESOURCE Global Trade products. 8 - 10 years sales and/or solution consulting experience with the ability to build cross functional, diverse teams. Previous leadership experience preferred. Industry experience and knowledge on how to adapt to market trends. Experience in collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product and Product Management on Go To Market strategy. Ability to lead significant projects and present on behalf of the Solution Consulting organization. What's in it For You? Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following metro locations: Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $215,600 - $400,400. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $196,000 - $364,000. The target total cash compensation range in other locations may vary. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
