　　Preferred Qualifications and Experience

　　Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science, Math or equivalent, from a four-year college or university.Five years' or more work experience using C/C++ with a focus on back-end development.Experience developing products in Windows, Linux, and/or Unix environments.Some database knowledge (including SQL and transactional begin work/commit work semantics a plus).Familiarity with an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) such as Eclipse or Microsoft Visual Studio is a plus.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.Familiarity with debugging techniques and tools such as WinDbg or the GNU debugger is a plus, particularly in a Windows environment.Ability to multi-task in a goal-driven environment.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team.Compensation
