　　About the Lead Driver Position

　　Supervise teams in safe and effective transportation procedures, to ensure compliance with law, customer policy, and company goals.

　　Provide effective leadership and foster professional attitudes in employees.

　　Develop, organize, and conduct training classes in all areas of training designed to provide fully qualified crews and other functions involved in operations.

　　Report all accidents immediately according to company policy and procedures.

　　Notify maintenance immediately of mechanical failure, and follow company protocol for safety deficiencies, or other incidents.

　　Maintain documents and submit payroll in a timely manner.

　　Maintain documents and submit invoices to Location Manager for customer invoicing.

　　Lead Driver Qualifications

　　High school diploma or GED

　　Knowledge and experience working with computers and programs (i.e. Microsoft Suite, etc.)

　　Must be able to pass a DOT Physical and maintain a fitness for duty physical

　　An excellent driving record in compliance with Company standards

　　Proficient in verbal and written communication

　　Ability to interact with passengers, customers, and employees in a positive and proper manner
