Position: Lead Application Developer, Grange Insurance Company, Columbus OH.Duties: Utilize multiple technologies and design techniques as well as experience working across environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructure with the ability to teach others; Analyze existing program logic to determine the best method of accomplishing required changes or cause of program malfunction; Perform maintenance and modification of programs currently in production to keep them responsive to user needs and to assure efficient operation in the production environment; perform error handling and code exception management; Design program logic to meet specifications and to adhere to development and architecture standards; Prepare test data and thoroughly test code leveraging automated unit test framework (when possible); Analyze production programs to isolate problems or to determine more efficient methods; Document and maintain program specifications according to Enterprise standards; Fulfill administrative reporting requirements; Mentor and coach associates within team and across multiple disciplines on technology, process or projects; and Lead a collaborative environment and willingly share experience and new found knowledge with co-workers.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer science, management information systems, electronic engineering or related field plus 24 months of experience with Software development, SDLC, modern IDE experience, specifically MuleSoft and Anypoint Studio; 12 months of experience with Jenkins pipeline and automation: 24 months of experience with API Patterns and Practices: 24 months of experience with REST, SOAP, T-SQL, and Java; 24 months of experience with Agile teams, release management process, leading and mentoring developers.
