　　• Design and develop advanced AI models and algorithms using deep learning, machine learning, and other relevant techniques

　　• Define and implement strategies for evaluating the performance and impact of AI solutions

　　• Analyze results and identify areas for improvement, continuously optimizing AI models and algorithms.

　　• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure data quality and availability for effective AI training and operation

　　• Lead and mentor AI engineers

　　• Oversee the development and implementation of AI systems, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to best practices

　　• Continuously refine and optimize models based on feedback and new data

　　• Deploy AI models ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and infrastructure

　　• Monitor deployed models for performance and security vulnerabilities

　　• Extensive experience in designing and developing AI models and algorithms using various machine learning and deep learning techniques

　　• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical concepts

　　• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn

　　• Good to have Experience in specific AI domains, such as computer vision, natural language processing,

　　• Cloud computing experience with Azure

　　• Agile methodology
