　　POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Infrastructure Development facilitates the growth of the organization through all phases of the development process. This position reports directly to the Director of Development as part of our Corporate Business Development team. This position will collaborate and liaison with the Market, Area and Corporate teams throughout the development process.

　　PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Support the Managers of Business Development to identify, source, and strategically evaluate development opportunities

　　Lead site selection, preliminary designs, and cost estimates for development projects

　　Provide support for business case and proforma models for development projects

　　Lead and manage all permitting process

　　Provide leadership and oversight for the Mangers, Project Execution in the development, construction, and startup of all development projects

　　Support acquisitions as needed for due diligence, capital planning and integration.

　　Develop and present reports to various levels of leadership that highlight project: plans, risks, status, budget updates, and all other issues related to development projects.

　　Mentors & assists the Project Development Team as assigned

　　This position may require travel up to 50% of the time

　　Experience in building and maintaining relationships within the environmental services industry

　　Performs other job-related duties as assigned

　　PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

　　10 years of environmental services industry with facility/process/operational experience.

　　Experience in permitting controversial and complex waste facilities and process.

　　Experience managing a project budget in excess of $5 million.

　　Experience in developing project development budgets and report.

　　MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

　　BS/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field.

　　Minimum of 5 years of general business experience, preferably in a capital-intensive industry.

　　Long term operational experience in the environmental services industry.

　　Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
