　　Bookkeeper - CPA Firm

　　Direct-Hire / Permanent position

　　A local CPA firm is hiring for a Bookkeeper. As the Bookkeeper, you will work directly with the firm's clients to handle their bookkeeping and payroll processing. This position will be fully on-site in the office 5 days per week.

　　This is a full-time, permanent position with a client of Robert Half.

　　Desired Experience;

　　3+ years of Bookkeeping experience

　　QuickBooks experience (either Online or Desktop version)

　　Great communication skills

　　Prior experience from a Law, CPA, or other Professional services firm.

　　Key Responsibilities include:

　　Client Bookkeeping

　　Payroll processing through Paychex for clients

　　Maintain general ledgers including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash receipts, cash disbursements.

　　Bank reconciliations.

　　Preparation of payroll and sales tax returns.

　　Preparation of property tax forms/returns.

　　Preparation of 1099 and W-2 filings.

　　Special projects and reports.

　　Our client offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes a pay range up to $32 per hour (plus 1.5x rate OT during tax season), health insurance, 401k match, and paid time off.
