　　MRO & CROProjects Coordination, Planning in BTP Maintenance department

　　MRO & CROProjects Matrix Management with BTP departments – Engineering, Logistics

　　Key Areas of Responsibility

　　MRO & CROProjects Planning on daily bases

　　Based on inputs from DOM:

　　Planning of each project in BTP plan (multi planning)

　　Planning of Internal / External Resources

　　Preparing Project execution milestones

　　MRO & CRO

　　Projects preparation

　　Based on inputs from DOM, LT and MRO Leads:

　　Giving tasks to MRO & CRO Administrator for RAMCO and Hard copy work pack creation; material and services administration etc.

　　MRO & CRO

　　Projects execution monitoring on daily bases

　　Collecting feedbacks from Lead technicians

　　Collecting Risks, issues, projects needs

　　Monitoring milestones execution

　　Monitoring MRO & CRO Documentation execution

　　Monitoring Man hours on projects execution

　　Daily bases Projects Matrix Management with BTP departments – Engineering, Logistics

　　Coordinating of Projects interfaces among MRO & CRO department and Engineering department and Logistics

　　Coordinating of MRO projects flow

　　Coordinating of Internal CRO

　　Coordinating of External Repair Orders

　　Project closing

　　Controlling of Projects Administrative closing

　　Helicopters and Loose equipment Take over / Hand over

　　Deputy of MRO &CRO Administrator

　　BTP GSE/Tools/Work Aids administrative management

　　Reporting to DoM

　　Qualifications

　　Skills and Experience

　　Min. 5 years of working experience in aircraft Maintenance Planning or Project management

　　Technical college/university education

　　Czech or Slovak and English - fluent

　　PC skills

　　Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

　　Competencies

　　Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills

　　Drive for results

　　Ability to work independently and within a team

　　Ability to work over time, if needed
