Lawn Sprinkler Laborer / Installer: 4 Full Time, Seasonal (H-2B) job available 04/01/2024-11/30/2024.

　　Employer: Daniel J. Buser, Inc dba Rainbow Sprinklers and Drainage, 18 Fonda Rd, Cohoes, NY 12047.

　　Duties: Build sprinkler systems, including digging holes/ditches of about 6 to 10 inches deep and connecting sprinkler heads, valve boxes, etc. Install & maintain lawn sprinklers & drainage systems, including sprinkler system start-up & winterization. Repair, adjust and replace sprinkler systems (waterlines, sprinkler heads, pipes, risers, control valves, timers, low voltage lighting). Maintain and clean equipment used each day. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Work in all weather conditions.

　　Travel to worksite locations from 18 Fonda Rd, Cohoes, NY 12047 in the Albany-Schenectady-Troy, NY MSA of New York.

　　No education or experience required.

　　Work Hours: Mon-Fri, Saturday work required, when necessary. 7:00am-5pm, hours may fluctuate due to weather. Total of 45 hrs/wk. Rate of pay is $19.01/hr. OT at $28.52/hr. OT hours will vary. Bonuses/raises may be paid at employer discretion based on experience, attitude, performance.

　　Employer will assist workers with securing housing, but employer will not provide housing.

　　All single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

　　Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by government (excluding passport fees). Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Employer agrees to reimburse inbound transportation and subsistence expenses (subsistence is $15.46/day minimum without receipts up to a maximum $59/day with receipts) from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether abroad or in the US, to the place of employment.
