We currently have a career opportunity for an Account Specialist to work hybrid out of our offices in Jacksonville, Orlando, Miami, Tampa, Lincolnshire, or Chicago.
As an Account Specialist, as part of our Service Delivery business group within the Aon Private Client Group, you will assist Account Executives/Brokers on assigned accounts, handling key processes and undertaking client facing and internal activities as they relate to our private risk business. This is achieved through effective communication and partnership with our internal and outsourced ACS (Aon Client Services) partners!
Role Responsibilities:
Maintains effective and positive relationships with clients.
Perform vital activities to support Account Executives with processing of renewals, invoicing, auto IDs, and other tasks as needed.
Seeks assistance from senior team members when confronted with unfamiliar or complex processing transactions.
Ensure system of record (Nexsure) is accurate and current to ensure outputs and client results will be produced according to guidelines and policy detail.
Ensures operational excellence, including adherence to service management requirements
To Be Qualified for This Role:
1-3 years of personal insurance experience or a newly acquired college degree
Reliably communicate both verbally and written with external and internal clients on client servicing activities.
Understands operation processes and methodologies. Shown ability to work effectively with moderate guidance and supervision.
Must have strong Excel skills to import/export data, strong Word skills, some v-look up experience a plus.
Efficiently operates in a fast-paced output driven environment that requires staff members to multi-task, react quickly and perform task that are not routine.
Note:
Must have appropriate insurance brokers license or ability to acquire it within 6 months of hire.
FLORIDA RESIDENTS: An active Florida 4-40 or IL P&C license must be acquired within 90 days of employment.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position is $45,200 to $60,300 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
