Workers must be able to perform a variety of tasks, whichmay include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing,trimming, planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, anddebris removal. Loading/unloading landscape equipment/materials; cleanequipment/worksite when job is complete. Must be able to lift and carry75 lbs for 75 yards. Must be able to handle temperature extremes. Noprior education or experience is required. On the job, training will beprovided. \$18.93/hr. Approx. 48 hours/week, from Monday to Saturday7:00am - 5:00pm. Applicants may be offered higher than the advertised.The wage rate may vary on experience and/or merit. \$28.40/hr forovertime. Up to 10 hours of overtime may be available but notguaranteed. All deductions from the workers paycheck will be made asrequired by law. The employer will use a single workweek as its standardfor computing wages and pay Weekly by check. Any advances will bededucted with the consent of the employee. The employer will not providehousing as an option to employees living outside the regular commutingdistance. Optional daily transportation will be provided from and to theworksite at no cost for the workers. In the first workweek, the cost oftransportation (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) tothe place of employment will be directly reimbursed to every worker. Ifthe worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, theemployer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistencefrom the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion ofthe work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employerwill provide or pay for the workers reasonable costs of returntransportation and subsistence back home or to the place the workeroriginally departed to work, except where the worker will not return dueto subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer hasappropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment.The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal tothe most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distancesinvolved. In the first workweek, daily subsistence for travel to theplace of employment will be reimbursed at a rate of at least \$15.46/dayto a maximum of \$59.00/day with receipts. Also, workers will bereimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, bordercrossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by thegovernment (except passport fees). The employer will provide workers atno charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform thejob.
