　　Work is temporary full-time employment. 8am-5pm, 40 hours/week.\$19.00-\$20.00/hour & \$28.50-\$30.00/hour overtime based onperformance. May get up to 10 hours/week overtime when available.Employer will transport workers to & from each job location in CookCounty. Monday-Friday. 25 workers needed. A single workweek will be usedto compute wages. Workers will be paid weekly, on Friday.All deductionsfrom the worker\'s paycheck required by law will be made. The employerwill provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipmentrequired to perform the job. The worker will be provided with orreimbursed for transportation and subsistence (including reasonable costof overnight lodging where necessary) at a rate of \$15.46 per dayduring travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts from theplace from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whetherin the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the workercompletes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the joborder, consistent with 20 CFR 655.20(j)(1)(i) by inclusion in thepaycheck for the applicable week. Employer will provide or pay for theworker\'s cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from theplace of employment to the place from which the worker, disregardingintervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if the workercompletes the certified period of employment or is dismissed fromemployment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period,consistent with 655.20(j)(1)(ii); Employer will provide dailytransportation to and from the worksite(s) from Employer\'s office. H-2Bworkers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visaprocessing, border crossing, and other related fees, including thosemandated by the government (excluding passport fees). The employer willprovide workers all tools, supplies, and equipment required to performthe job at no charge to the worker, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k).The three-fourths guarantee, offering the worker employment for a totalnumber of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays ofeach 12-week period, if the period of employment covered by the joborder is 120 or more days, or each 6-week period, if the period ofemployment covered by the job order is less than 120 days, in accordancewith 20 CFR 655.20(f).
