Surrounded by Stone Inc seeks 3 temp FT Landscape Laborers from 3/15/24 to 12/31/24. Duties: Landscape, install lawns and maintain, trim, weeding, and mulching, mowing grass, trimming bushes and trees, planting flowers, bushes, and trees, water plant material, fertilize lawns, and rake lawns. Must be able to use lawnmowers, weedeaters, rakes, hoes, and aerators. Employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.  No exp. req. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Worksite 821 Aubrey Ave., Ardmore, PA 19004 & multiple cities and towns in Montgomery County. $18.71/hr Mon-Fri; 40 hrs/wk. Shifts 730am-430pm. OT may be available at $28.07/hr. Employer guarantees work hours equal to at least 3/4ths of the workdays in each 12-wk period of the total employment period. Workers will be paid bi-weekly; the employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law but will make no other deductions. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
