What the day will look like
The responsibilities include back-office operations such as:
Apply daily check payments
Perform AR research requests, contact banks
Process AR cash spreads/on account payments, contact customers
Assist with internal/external auditor requests to pull data to support controls and confirm AR activity
Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve Auto-cash application percentage
Analyze top reasons responsible for driving Unapplied Cash
Develop, track and report metrics/performance on various business situations/projects
Handle multiple such projects in parallel that require system and process migration, training/transition management, knowledge management & retention, risk evaluation and mitigation
Timely and accurate cash application and account adjustments for all Franchise Billing
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
English on a C1 level
Experience in AP/ AR/ finance area
Strong Excel skills
Ability to analyze data and check its accuracy
Good communication skills with client focus
Able to prioritize tasks according to volumes
Flexibility and openness to new challenges and tasks
Skills and experience that will lead to success
• Experience within the Oracle/Workday/PeopleSoft Financial Suite of Modules (Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Tax, General Ledger, Payments, Cost Management, Cash Management, Fixed Assets)
• Experience with implementing “Order to Cash” solutions
1-2 years of experience in cash application preferred
• English language mandatory, other languages would be a plus
• Excellent Customer relationship skills including strong communication in English, written & verbal competency
• Experience in Finance or Accounting would be a strong asset
• Ability to manage high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work with high degree of accuracy and integrity
• Can effectively communicate with upper level management and external customers in both a written and verbal manner
