　　Job Summary:

　　Under the direction of the department Director the nurse performs a variety of direct patient care activities or tasks specific to the unit/needs of the patient population. You will assist with Transesophageal echocardiogram, cardioversion, tilt table testing, stress tests (pharmacological/non-pharmacological), and patient care coordination. The Registered Nurse maintains competency skills including ability to deliver care to special patient populations and patients with diverse cultural backgrounds. They can identify the ability of pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient adn carry out instructions. They can identify safety concerns in the age-related populations and institutes additional measures to provide a safe environment and identify development breakthroughs in the age-related population.

　　BSN preferred

　　Licenses:

　　CA RN License

　　Specialty Certification (within one year of hire)

　　ACLS

　　Experience:

　　3 year Experience in a specialty area (procedure center/area and/or cardiology) strongly preferred.

　　Physical Demands:
