　　I. List essential function(s) of the job.

　　A. Separate and straighten product at a rate of 92 pieces per minute

　　B. Must be able to work around breader dust and marination

　　C. Must be able to work in cold temperatures (50 degrees or less)

　　D. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

　　II. List muscular/skeletal requirement(s) of the job.

　　A. Use arms and shoulders to reach product on line

　　B. Must use hands and fingers to flip, separate and straighten product.

　　C. Must use eyes to see.

　　D. Must use legs/feet to stand for long periods of time. (approx 3 1/2hours at a time)

　　E. Must use neck to look down at product

　　F. Use wrists to put hands in various positions
