　　Minimum requirements:

　　High School diploma or GED

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies

　　Assist, support and work closely with the supervising district/school employees

　　Assisting students on classroom topics/courses

　　Building positive relationships

　　Assigning or re-enforcing tasks and homework

　　Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation

　　Assist in building a classroom environment that’s conducive to learning and appropriate to the ability and interests of students

　　Adapt to the various learning styles of students

　　For long-term teacher assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments
