Description Accounts Receivable (A/R) professionals will find a great opportunity in this growing company's dynamic team. In this role, it will be critical for you to enter, post and reconcile batches, research and resolve customer A/R issues, prepare aging reports, place billing and collection calls, maintain cash receipts journal, and update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L. 　　Your responsibilities

　　Respond to requests for information from shippers, customers, the sales/marketing department and other stake holders

　　Handle payments and compile segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with GAAP

　　Support, communicate, and reinforce the mission, values and culture of the organization

　　Communicate with clients to settle payment issues and help create a payment plan

　　Ensure accuracy of documents and codes

　　Handle a range of basic accounting tasks using standard procedures

　　Enter and balance financial data in a number of ledgers while reconciling bank accounts Requirements - Solid understanding of cash applications

　　Knowledge of Account Balance

　　Deep understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Efficient in ERP systems

　　Demonstrated analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy

　　High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field

　　Relevant experience in accounts receivable
