Summary This position is located in Baumholder, Germany. Incumbent may provide coverage in support of various Business Operations Division facilities within the Baumholder area. Responsibilities Moves or uses hand truck to move various items requiring delivery or storage. Sets up and breaks down multi-functional areas. Loads and unloads conveyances; moves materials using wheelbarrows, hand trucks or dollies; stacks and arranges supplies for storage; collects refuse and recyclable materials. Polices assigned areas, collects and disposes of trash and debris, cuts grass and pulls weeds, waters grass and flower beds, spreads mulch, and rakes leaves. Shovels snow and puts down salt. Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs and waxes floors. Uses industrial household cleaners to clean, disinfect and deodorize windows, mirrors, fixtures, and facilities. Replenishes supplies as necessary. Moves heavy items of furniture and office equipment as required. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Three (3) month of laboring experience required. Must have the ability use, control and clean tools and power equipment used, and ability to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps without constant supervisor of each task assigned.
