As a Principal Quality Engineer at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality standards for our products and processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our organization and help us deliver exceptional products to our customers. You will report directly to our Quality Director and you'll work out of our Fort Mill, South Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products by:

　　Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards

　　Conducting audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements

　　Analyzing data and identifying trends to drive continuous improvement

　　Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues

　　Providing technical guidance and support to the quality team

　　KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

　　• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards

　　• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements

　　• Analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement

　　• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues

　　• Provide technical guidance and support to the quality team

　　YOU MUST HAVE

　　• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

　　• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality engineering

　　• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards

　　• Experience conducting audits and driving continuous improvement

　　• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

　　• Master's degree in Engineering or related field

　　• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification

　　• Six Sigma Black Belt certification

　　• Experience in the electrical-mechanical manufacturing industry
