Are you ready to join the legacy?Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:General and final cleanupDistribution / cleanup of power hand-tools / extension cords / generatorsDewatering activities / set-up water pumps and hosesManual moving of formwork, lumber, resteel and material / accessoriesHand excavation and backfillHand grade sub-basePlace vapor barrier / board insulationPlace and tie resteelPlacing concrete from a truck, pump, bucket, buggy, conveyor, etc.Rake concrete / screed concrete / edge concrete / broom finish concreteVibrate concretePlace concrete blanketsStrip/ wreck, clean and oiling of formworkGeneral / selective demolition of masonry, drywall, plaster, partitions of all types, ceilings of all types, finishes of all typesUse of demolition tools: jack hammer, air tools, sledge hammer, etc.Use of cutoff sawUse a cutting torchOther tasks as directed by supervisorQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of three years' experience in commercial constructionCandidates must have reliable transportationBe willing to work within a 50 mile radiusBe able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditionsWe provide an excellent and comprehensive compensation package with unlimited opportunity for personal and professional growth.All Messer employees are required to comply with our Substance Abuse Prevention Policy as a condition of employment.
