　　About the position:

　　The Lab Pack Technician is responsible for handling, inspecting and auditing lab packs in the field and at our facility. This position is required to have a Class B CDL with hazardous and air brake endorsements. Solid customer skills and ability to travel, including overnight stays, are a must.

　　Requirements:

　　Requires basic computer skills such as Word, Excel, Access, etc. Must be able to work with customers and possess strong team skills. Requires strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with loose packs and lab packs is a plus. Overtime and ability to work a flexible schedule. Must have a Class B CDL with Hazardous and Air Brakes Endorsements, or the ability to obtain one with two (2) months of acquiring position.

　　Minimum Education:

　　High school diploma or GED equivalent

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Travel and field work preparing waste for shipment. Overnight stays will be required. Truck driving and waste pick ups will be part of your responsibilities. Perform the inspection and auditing of lab packs after receipt. Assist in the resolution of discrepancies of lab packs. Help update and maintain various lab pack databases and hard copy files.
